interview is conducted over the telephone between a participant and a computer and all the responses are recorded

Telephonic Surveys :
captures the opinions and perceptions of the participants over the telephone

Web Based Survey :
records the opinions and perceptions of the participants online

Central Location Testing :
interviews are conducted at a pre-determined place such as a room or a mall and the consumer’s responses are captured on a particular a product/service

Paper & Pen Interviews(PAPI) :
participants responses are filled into a questionnaire by the interviewer
