Yamada Research provides research-operations and fieldwork services, and we treat the personal data entrusted to us with care. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use and protect it. We align our practices with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Information you submit through our enquiry forms may include your name, company, work email, target market, study type, and the project details you choose to share. We use this information to assess project feasibility, respond to your enquiry, and communicate with you about our recruitment and fieldwork services.
In the course of delivering projects, we also process respondent personal data on behalf of our clients. We handle this data only for agreed project purposes, retain it no longer than necessary, and apply appropriate safeguards to keep it secure.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers who support our operations, with clients as needed to deliver a project, or where disclosure is required to meet a legal obligation.
